Carr, Kemberly Ann. (Dubuque, IA, Aug. 23, 1966-- ). Carr was inspired by a Chicago hotel which established a recycling program to commence a world trip promoting recycling and environmental awareness.
She bicycled from Seattle, Washington to Washington, D.C. to raise money for a non-profit environmental group. Carr subsequently traveled the world promoting recycling and environmentally friendly laws in Third World developing nations.
