BIG BAND EXPRESS. Organized in 1990 by Micki Marolf and Dan Shaffer, the group with full sax, trumpet, trombone and rhythm sections was a traditional "big band" of the 1930s or 1940s which performed music of the swing era. The group played its music for banquets, dances, benefits and fund raisers in the Tri-States.
