Mueller spent his entire working life in Dubuque in the contracting business after studying architectural engineering at Lane Institute of Chicago. MUELLER, Ralph H. (Dubuque, IA, Apr. 16, 1905--Dec. 21, 1982) The son of Henry and Ella May (Roschi) of Dubuque, Ralph married Mildred Alice Hoelting of Galena.
