HEDRICK, Harold. (Dubuque, IA, Nov. 23, 1918--Dubuque, IA, June 29, 2003). Employed by INTERSTATE POWER COMPANY for nearly forty years, Hedrick was a avid hunter and fisherman who received the Izaak Walton League Conservationist of the Year Award in 1977. He had bee recognized many years by the Dubuque County Conservation Society for his years of service.
He was a member of the Dubuque Boat Club, Trees for Dubuque, and a founding member of the Dubuque Water Ski Club. He was also a member of the board for the Interstate Power Company Employees Credit Union.
