Drees Brothers. Metal workers and manufacturers of soda and mineral water.  During the 1860s and 1870s, the Drees Brothers operated a coopersmith and brass foundry. The company manufactured copper and sheet iron products as well as all kinds of products made in a brass foundry.  They specialized in manufacturing soda water apparatus. By 1880 Andrew M. Drees was the manager of the company located on the southwest corner of 10th and Washington. He opened a soda and mineral water plant at the brass foundry in 1887.  By 1890 the soda and mineral water production had been discontinued and the foundry business was resumed.
