HELLING, Victor. (Dubuque County, June 9, 1909--Dubuque, IA, June 12, 1987). Helling established ARTISTIC CLEANERS in 1946 and later served as president of the Iowa Dry Cleaners Association.
A community activist, Helling was a president of the Dubuque Heart Association and a member of the LORAS COLLEGE Development Council. He devoted great energy to the Knights of Columbus in addition to serving on the DUBUQUE AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
