PREITNAUER, John J.(Strawberry Point, IA, 1868--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 9. 1896) Preitnauer came to Dubuque and worked as a photographer in the studio of Nicholas Martin Phillip LENZ. He had been ill for most of his last four years of life with heart disease and was unmarried.
