STAFFORD'S ADDITION. A housing subdivision in the city's North End, Stafford's Addition was laid out by Charles STAFFORD. Probably reflecting his English heritage, Stafford named streets in the subdivision such names as Queen, Prince, Regent, Henry, and Edwards.
