EDWARD C. KEATING. In 1907 Keating purchased the drug business of Matthew Ulber. Keating operated his drug store at 580 Julien Avenue with the motto, "The Druggist on the Hill."
The 1911-12 Dubuque City Directory through the 1918 Dubuque and East Dubuque City Directory listed 580 Julien as the address.
The 1922 and 1923 Dubuque City Directory listed 1040 Julien.
