BARREL HOUSE. Within a few weeks of the announced closing of Crust in Dubuque, the site at the corner of Third and Main was purchased for the location of Barrel House. Related to two restaurants in the Quad Cities which operated under the name Barrel House 211, the new restaurant/bar would offer burgers, chicken sandwiches and salads, specialty tacos and quesadillas, tin-crust pizza and a wide assortment of beer.
