HEIM, John L. (Dubuque, IA, Sept. 21, 1867--Dubuque, IA, Apr. 4, 1890). Heim and his mother converted a pottery business into the prosperous [[HEIM BRICK COMPANY]]. The company was known as "Old Reliable" under Heim's leadership.

He succeeded his father, John HEIM in the prosperous HEIM BRICK COMPANY known as "Old Reliable."
