HARTIG, Olga. (Dubuque, IA, Apr. 9, 1884--Dubuque, IA, Feb. 22, 1953). Manager. Hartig was a principal in the Bettendorf, LaMotte, and Charlotte public schools. She then attended Drake University and graduated with a degree in pharmacy. At the time, she was on of the few women registered as a pharmacist in the state of Iowa. For many years, Hartig operated the Hartig Drug Company in East Dubuque, Illinois. She was later the manager of the HARTIG DRUG COMPANY on Central Avenue.
