PFAB, Sally A. (Dubuque, IA, Jan. 23, 1931--Dubuque, IA, May 22, 2010). Pfab, a charter member of the Women's Recreation Association, started junior bowling in Dubuque and was inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame in 1996.
