WILLEY, Robert C. (Maquoketa, IA, Sept. 7, 1949--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 27, 2014). A 1967 graduate of Maquoketa High School, Robert served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the VIETNAM WAR where he was combat wounded and earned three Purple Hearts, the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnamese Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and Marksman Badge.
