351 Winona

JONAS WILLIAMS HOUSE. Featured on the 25th Annual Old House Enthusiasts Tour, the house at 351 Winona was constructed around 1900 for Dr. Jonas W. Williams, a dentist. Williams only lived in the house for one year.

The second owners were Charles and Frances Coleman. Coleman and his family came to Dubuque from Minneapolis to take charge of operations at CARR, RYDER, AND ADAMS.
