TRILOG, INC. In 1990 the first major company to locate in Dubuque in three years. A division of Cigna Corp., Trilog was a Hartford, Connecticut, based insurance service company that came to Dubuque to establish a new pension administration center. The Dubuque operation, estimated to create three hundred jobs in the first three years, would manage pension plan accounts in the Midwest and West. The Dubuque office would process employee contributions to pension plans, pay benefits, and prepare reports for employees and employers.
