HARMONY HALL HOTEL. The 1858-1859 Dubuque City Directory listed Clay between 5th and 6th as a boarding house. John D. Schueter was the proprietor.
The 1865 Dubuque City Directory through 1868 Guide, Gazetteer and Directory of the Dubuque & Soux (sic) City Railroad stated that this business was located at the corner of 7th and Clay.
The 1874-1875 through 1886-87 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 678 Clay.
