On May 17, 2012 it was announced that Boyd Gaming Corporation, a Las Vegas gambling company, was buying Peninsula Gaming LLC, which owned the Diamond Jo Casino in addition to other properties in Iowa, Louisiana, and Kansas, for $1.45 billion. | |||
