ROBINSON, Frederick C. (Dubuque, IA, Sept. 18, 1871-- ). Robinson received his early education in the public schools and later entered BAYLESS BUSINESS COLLEGE.
For a time Robinson was connected with the firm of DUNCAN & WALLER. In 1895, however, in partnership with Frank COATES he bought out this firm and under the name of Coates & Robinson continued the business until Coates purchased his interest. Robinson served several successive terms in Dubuque as Grand Secretary of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America.
