P. J. LEE HOUSE. P.J. Lee was the cashier of the GERMAN SAVINGS BANK in Dubuque and in 1912 was the president of the CITIZEN'S STATE BANK. (1) Lots owned by him along Locust Street were purchased by the DUBUQUE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT for the construction of CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL.
