FALKENHAINER'S WEST END DRUG STORE.  The 1909 ''Dubuque City Directory'' stated this business existed at 679 Julien Avenue. In 1911 the firm, one of the Rexall drugstores, was located at the corner of Booth and Julien Avenue. The 1913 ''Dubuque and Dubuque County Directory'' and 1915 ''Dubuque City Directory'' stated that this business was located at 679 Julien Avenue.

The 1923 Dubuque City Directory listed 1097 Julien (University).
