The 1909 ''Dubuque City Directory'' and the 1913 ''Dubuque and Dubuque County Directory'' stated that this business was located at 576 Clay.

Located at 576 Central Avenue from 1904 through 1959, the building became the home of Becwar Tile & Marble.
