WATTS, Keith. (Chicago, IL-- ). Watts was the primary force behind the organization of Dubuque's first bodybuilding contest. Held on March 20, 1993, the national qualifying event was sanctioned by the Natural Bodybuilding Association and scheduled for the [[GRAND OPERA HOUSE]]. Participation was strictly limited to non-steroid users.
