DUBUQUE AREA USBC. The Men's, Women's & Youth were separate bowling associations in the USBC. They merged together into one association, the Dubuque Area USBC on 06/15/2018. Instead of having triple the equipment, expense and people, the organizations had one board of 16 people to take care of business.
