SCULPTURES. The week of February 1-8, 2018, the City of Dubuque hosted its first snow sculpting competition, 'Art in the Park.'

Four teams, using as material 8-foot blocks of heavily compacted snow, had all week to finish. The sculptures on the west side of WASHINGTON PARK were on public display beginning February 8th.
