LOETSCHER, Andrew A. (St. Antoenien, Switzerland, Apr. 3, 1857-Dubuque, IA, Mar. 9, 1925). Loetscher had a deep interest in the banking industry. He served as vice-president of the Federal Bank and Trust Company and director of the International Bank of Washington, D.C.
