TRI-STATE BLUEPRINT COMPANY. Established in 1942, Tri-State Blueprint in 1942 through 1964 Dubuque City Directorywas located at 756 Iowa according to the Dubuque City Directory.
In 1970 through 1983 the company was located at 821 Central Avenue. It was called Tri-State Blueprint and Art Supplies.
The 1985 through 1993 Dubuque City Directory listed 821 Central for the Tri-State Blueprint and Framing Company.
In 2010 it had been moved to 696 Central.
