HOLSCHER, Robert G. (Dyersville, IA, Aug. 2, 1922-Dubuque, IA, Mar. 26, 1993). Pharmacist.  The owner and operator of Holscher's Apothecaries from 1950 to 1968, Holscher served as a member of the board of directors of [[AMERICAN TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK]] beginning in 1962.  In 1968, he held the position of executive vice-president. Holscher also served as a director of Dubuque Baseball, Inc., trustee of the [[CARNEGIE-STOUT PUBLIC LIBRARY]], and director of the Dubuque County Chapter of the American Cancer Society.
