THOS. SKINNER  & CO. This "general collection agency," was located at 131 Main Street above the [[MARKELL, DARROW & CO. BANK]]. The advertisement in the 1857-1858 city directory stated that the firm "will attend to the collection of all accounts put in their hands, whether for City or Country, at Reasonable Rates, and invite the patronage of the public." The firm was headed by T. S. Skinner and T. L. Henry.
