MONELL BROTHERS GREAT INTERNATIONAL CIRCUS.  Coming to Dubuque in July, 1942 the circus was sponsored by the American Legion Drum and Bugle Corps which brought children from [[ST. An account of the time stated there were several trained animal acts including Arabian Liberty horses, ponies, dogs and monkeys
