ZIEPPRECHT, William N. (Dubuque, IA, Nov. 28, 1911--2001). Graduating from LORAS ACADEMY in 1926, Ziepprecht attended the University of California at Berkley for three years and graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1934 with a B.S. degree.
