JOHN J. WIEGAND. The 1913 Dubuque and Dubuque County Directory and the 1918 Dubuque and East Dubuque City Directory stated that a dairy was located at 1080 Kaufmann.
The 1939 Dubuque City Directory listed a service station at 2497 Jackson.
