LADD'S BEAUTY SALON. Operated by Mrs. Lettie Ladd, the salon was listed in the 1939 Dubuque City Directory through 1942 Dubuque Classified Business Directory at 460 W. Locust, the left side of this building. The right side of the building was the WOODALL GROCERY.
