LATTNER, Samuel. (Lattnerville, IA, Feb. 5, 1862--Dubuque, IA, July 27,1931). Attorney. Lattner, son of [[LATTNER, Paul|Paul LATTNER]], took a banking course from the [[BAYLESS COMMERCIAL COLLEGE]] in Dubuque and graduated from the State University of Iowa in law. He served as president and general counsel of the Worthington Savings Bank beginning with its founding.
