JULIE N. DUBUQUE. Excursion boat. On October 19, 1970, the Julie N. Dubuque, owned by Art Bull, challenged the Delta Queen to a race from Catfish Creek to the [[JULIEN DUBUQUE BRIDGE]], a distance of 1.6 miles.
