HEALEY, Robert. (Dubuque, IA- ). Professor. Healey, professor of church history at the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary and an ordained minister, was the first person from Dubuque to be named Iowa's Handicapped Person of the Year (1978).
In addition to his teaching duties, Healey authored two plays, two books, twenty-five magazine articles, and many book reviews.
