HAM & CARVER. The 1865 through 1870-71 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at the corner of Main & 6th.
The 1874-1875 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located in the New Herald Building.
The 1875-1876 Dubuque City Directory gave the corner of 6th and Main as the address.
The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed the southeast corner of Sixth and Locust.
The 1880 Dubuque City Directory listed the south side of 6th between Main and Locust.
According to the 1883 and 1884-1885 Dubuque City Directory, the business was re-located to the southeast corner of 6th and Locust.
