SANOFI BIO INDUSTRIES. Paris-based firm and world's largest gelatin manufacturer. The Dubuque branch, formerly the Keystone Gelatin division of DUBUQUE PACKING COMPANY and then part of the Omaha-based Beef America, is the company's only United States-based gelatin plant.
