Egyptian Revival architecture is one of the rarest styles in the United States.

EGYPTIAN REVIVAL ARCHITECTURE. Rare type of architecture. Flourishing only briefly in the United States, Egyptian Revival found popularity from 1830 to 1850. Most of the buildings using the style were often associated with eternity---churches, prisons, or cemeteries.
