FREDERICK WEIGEL HOME. This ITALIAN VILLA ARCHITECTURE was developed in stages. The back of the building was constructed in 1854-1855. Shortly after 1860, the front of the home was completed by Dubuque contractor Ruphus RITTENHOUSE.
