DUBUQUE CONFECTION COMPANY. Established in 1908, the Dubuque Confection Company was located at 411 White Street. The company produced a general line of candies and a special brand known as Royal Chocolates. Three salesmen were hired to sell the products throughout the Midwest as well as locally.
