(Dubuque, IA, Mar. 31, 1928--Dubuque, IA, Sept. 19, 2011).  A graduate of [[LORAS ACADEMY]] and [[BAYLESS BUSINESS COLLEGE]], Buol for for the Dubuque [[POST OFFICE]] from 1955 until his retirement in 1988. Locally he was known as possessing one of the area's best collections of post cards.  He contributed from his collection to the Dubuque Riverboat Museum and the [[TELEGRAPH HERALD]].  He was a member of the Dubuque Post Card Club.
