KUNNERT'S SPORTS. Established in 1976 at Third and Locust STREETS, Kunnert's Sports was founded by Pat and Bill Kunnert as a "one-stop" shop for sports apparel and equipment. The business also offered team uniforms and lettering, screen printing and trophy engraving.
The company's slogan was "The Champion's Choice."
