SUTTER, Heidi (Heiar) (Dubuque, IA--  ).  While a student at [[WAHLERT HIGH SCHOOL]], Sutter earned eleven major letters in cross country, track and baseball and was a state qualifier eight times. She was All-state in track her junior and senior years and in cross-country her junior year.  In the 1990 state track meet she set a school record at 3000 meters.  She won three Distinguished Academic Awards in cross country and was selected to the Mississippi Valley All-Academic team. Sutter was named Army Student-Athlete and was the recipient of the Gailen P. Thomas Award.
