ORDER OF RAINBOW FOR GIRLS. The Dubuque Assembly No. 13 of the Order of Rainbow for Girls was constituted at the [[MASONIC TEMPLE]] at 11th and Locust [[STREETS]] on May 2, 1925. The order was sponsored by Julien Chapter Order of Eastern Star No. 125 and Mrs. Violet Bechtel was appointed as Mother Advisor. There were twenty-eight girls in the first class.

On May 19, 1925 Mrs. Grace Sprecher, State Deputy, held a meeting with the girls at the Masonic Temple and at this time the Dubuque Assembly was instituted.
