LUCHSINGER, Richard G. (Dubuque, IA, Sept. 15, 1943--Dubuque, IA, Dec. 27, 2024) The son of Raymond and Angeline (Nacos) Luchsinger in Dubuque, Iowa, Richard attended [[JACKSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL]] and [[FULTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL]], [[WASHINGTON JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL]] and [[DUBUQUE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL]]. In 1961, Richard enrolled in the [[UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE]], later completing coursework at Iowa State University and the University of Minnesota. After nine years of coursework, Rich obtained an architect license and joined a small firm in Madison.
