NORTH GRANDVIEW EXTENDED NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION. Containing North Grandview Avenue from Dodge Street to Delhi and parts of West Third and Park [[STREETS]], the neighborhood contains the Grandview Avenue Parkway and its famous [[PEONY TRAIL]]. The area also have some of the city's finest older structures with some featured on past "Old House Tours." (1)
