According to his obituary,  Anton (1870-1937) was a barber in Dubuque for 50 years including 36 years operating a barber shop on the corner of 20th and Central. Born in Germany, his family immigrated to Pennsylvania, and he came to Dubuque when he was 21.

ANTON VOSS. The 1911-12 through 1923 Dubuque City Directory listed 2002 Couler.

The 1929 Dubuque City Directory through the 1937 Dubuque Consurvey Directory listed 2010 Central.

According to his obituary, Anton (1870-1937) was a barber in Dubuque for 50 years including 36 years operating a barber shop on the corner of 20th and Central. Born in Germany, his family immigrated to Pennsylvania, and he came to Dubuque when he was 21.
