DUBUQUE CITY MILLS. The 1857-1858 and 1858-1859 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of 3rd and Levee. The proprietor was Nadeau, Rogers and Company.
The 1865 through 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at southeast corner of 3rd and Iowa.
