MOSER, Fred L., Jr. (Galena, IL, Dec. 11, 1929--Dubuque, IA, July 10, 2010). Industrial engineer. A graduate of the [[UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE]], Moser worked at the [[JOHN DEERE DUBUQUE WORKS]] for twenty-three years. In Dubuque, he was instrumental in the establishment of the Dubuque branch of the [[CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS (Mormon)]].
